Interloping Barrier

Interloping barriers are physical spaces in each plane of existence that leads into the Astral Sea. All planes of existence have a barrier, save for the Fugue Plane. They are described as "warps in the sky," almost as if seeing the air through a warped kaleidoscope.

The barrier in the Prime Material Plane can be accessed by reaching the exosphere (6,000 miles) far above the plane. However, to enter the Prime Material Plane through the Astral Sea is not so easy. The Astral Sea's interloping barriers are not static, and will move at random.
